Ascendis to pay 20% Yuviwel royalties in patent settlement with BioMarin

BioMarin now collects royalties on the more convenient competitor product. Ascendis will pay 20% of Yuviwel net sales in the U.S. dating back to the first commercial sales and through to May 2030.
