BlossomHill, Latigo outshine IPO expectations with oversubscribed debuts

Two growing biotechs blasted through their IPO expectations Friday, with Blossom Hill Therapeutics and Latigo Biotherapeutics each raising at least 30% more than expected in their stock market debuts.
