UPDATE: After recall, Vitruvias closes down; Baxter pulls more product batches

After issuing a recall of thyroid tablets last week, Vitruvias Therapeutics of Alabama has closed up shop. Meanwhile, Baxter has initiated recalls of three products this week because of particulate matter.
